We were invited by Chimp to collaborate with the Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA), Águas de Portugal (ADP), and the Associação Bandeira Azul de Ambiente e Educação (ABAE) in the development of Ecoteca—a platform dedicated to promoting environmental education initiatives.
Ecoteca serves as a comprehensive directory of environmental education projects, allowing citizens, educators, and organizations to discover, explore, and engage with initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
The platform features an intuitive and optimized interface, making access to educational content quick and efficient. It provides individual project profiles, detailing environmental programs and facilities, listing available educational resources, and identifying the responsible entities. Additionally, each profile contextualizes thematic areas, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the geographical scope of the projects, enabling detailed and targeted searches.
We are proud to contribute to this essential initiative, which strengthens citizen participation and environmental awareness, making knowledge and resources more accessible to all.
